Practical Insights, LLC provides Intensive In Community (IIC) services on a Licensed Level to children, adolescents and families. Practical Insights, LLC provides these therapeutic services through the Tri-County CMO, Morris and Sussex Caring Partners, Capitol County Children's Collaborative and Coordinated Family Care.

Practical Insights, LLC completes BioPsychoSocial Assessments through PerformCare for children, adolescents and families throughout the state of New Jersey. These services are funded through Medicaid and the NJ Children's System of Care.

Practical Insights, LLC currently employs licensed mental health professionals to provide Intensive In Community services to youth and families throughout the state of New Jersey.
Debra Drake is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience assessing and counseling individuals, couples, and families in both residential and outpatient settings. Debra's areas of clinical expertise and interest are working with children and adolescents who present with chemical dependency, depression, anxiety, anger, among other challenges. Debra's clinical orientation is eclectic; as she integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and person centered therapy techniques as appropriate for each client with whom she works.
Allison Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor based out of Somerset County. Allison has experience working with children, adolescents and adults using techniques including family focused therapy, art therapy, and play-based therapy. Allison is also able to engage clients in recovery and healing from trauma and addictions through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in her practice.
